- Epigraph: many small changes have been made to the Italian here in the anthologies (which don't agree with each other). Also, NA and NAA lowercase the opening word in lines 2, 3, 5, and 6.
- p. 130, li. 10: no space appears after this line in NAs, R
- p. 1321, li. 7: "known them already" becomes "known them all already"; also, a dash is added to the end of the line in NA and R
- p. 134, li. 20: the last three words of li. 20 ("That is not") are shifted down to open the following line in the anthologies
- p. 135, li. 2: "Advise the prince: withal," becomes "Advise the prince; no doubt," in the anthologies
- p. 135, li. 12: a space is introduced after this line in the anthologies
